Nederland wordt beroofd van binnenuit.... (English below)

De verontrustende berichten uit Nederland stapelen zich op. Terwijl het kabinet zich van haar beste kant laat zien aan het buitenland, verkommeren vele Nederlandse staatsburgers en stort de Nederlandse samenleving door de in gang gezette inflatie ineen. Sinterklaas is een oeroude Nederlandse traditie en minister Kaag van financiën gaat daar naar hartenlust in mee door met onze minister-president Mark Rutte aan haar zijde, ons belastinggeld met miljoenen tegelijk aan het buitenland weg te geven. Tegen de Nederlandse staatsburgers zeggen zij glashard dat er geen geld is om de energiecrises, de stijgende energieprijzen en de armoede te bestrijden waarbij zij er met de verhoging van de BTW van 6% naar 21% op de energie in januari 2023, nog een extra duit uit ons huishoudzakje halen. Terwijl de kosten van de eerste levensbehoeften met forse schreden stijgen, want iedereen berekend de stijgende prijzen aan de consument door. Zo worden ook de zorgverzekeringen fors duurder en de kwaliteit van de zorg minder, verhogen de banken hun servicekosten terwijl diezelfde banken hun service juist aan het afschalen zijn. Het is steeds moeilijker om aan contant geld te komen, hetgeen een ramp is voor mensen die geen bankrekening hebben en voor mensen die contant geld nodig hebben om het overzicht op hun uitgaven te houden. De consument is het compensatieputje van de producenten, dienstverleners en....van de banken en van de overheid zelf.

Intussen verdwijnen er vele miljoenen naar de oorlog in Oekraïne en wordt er druk met het regeringstoestel op en neer naar Sharm El Sheikh gevlogen, alwaar een commissie van 80 leden is samengesteld om de klimaatafspraken en het klimaat in de gaten te houden, en waar onze minister van financiën Sigrid Kaag covoorzitter van geworden is. Waar haalt zij de tijd vandaan nu de financiële situatie in Nederland zo complex en nijpend is? Tijdens de klimaattop in Sharm El Sheikh bood minister-president Mark Rutte de premier van Zweden een lift aan met het Nederlandse regeringstoestel! Van andermans leer is het dik riemen snijden meneer Rutte.

Een andere onnodige kostenpost zijn de migranten of asielzoekers. Hoe schrijnend hun situatie ook moge zijn, de schrijnende situaties van de Nederlandse staatsburgers dienen als eerste opgelost te worden. In plaats daarvan blijft meneer Rutte volharden in zijn asielbeleid waarvoor hij nu ook een dwangwet in het leven heeft geroepen om zijn zin bij gemeenten door te drijven. Ondanks dat de regering onze grondrechten en onze Grondwet dient te respecteren, worden deze genegeerd en met voeten getreden omdat ergens, zonder bekrachtiging van het volk middels verkiezingen, Nederland ondergeschikt is gemaakt aan de Europese regelgeving c.q. Europese Grondwet.

Dat deze ontwikkeling in strijd is met de Nederlandse Grondwet betekent dat de Europese Grondwet onrechtmatig is in Nederland. Alleen horen wij daar de Tweede- en de Eerste Kamer en de Raad van State (inclusief de Koning!) NIET over want via zogenaamde "geitenpaadjes” middels het verdrag van Lissabon en het verdrag van Nice met de verklaring betreffende de toekomst van de unie en de Intergouvernementele Conferentie via de verklaring van Berlijn, ondanks een negatieve uitslag van Nederland en Frankrijk op het referendum voor een Europese Grondwet en de omzeiling van de goedkeuringsprocedure, heeft minister-president Mark Rutte de stilzwijgende goedkeuring van het onder zijn toezicht functionerende parlement gekregen en heeft hij de Nederlandse soevereiniteit rücksichtslos uitgeleverd aan de EU, het moderne Derde Rijk. En dat verklaard waarom er dagelijks onoorbare zaken gebeuren in de levens van Nederlandse staatsburgers wier grondrechten zijn weggegeven door een totalitair opererende minister-president.

Het Nederlandse volk en onze democratische rechtsstaat zijn op slinkse wijze buitenspel gezet.

WIE-O-WIE REDT ONZE DEMOCRATIE?

Intussen heeft meneer Rutte, gedurende zijn 4 kabinetten, er een paar departementen bij verzonnen met bijbehorende ministers (soms twee) en staatssecretarissen, alsmede ministers zonder portefeuille. En desondanks stort ons land als een kaartenhuis in elkaar. Het aantal schandalen is niet meer op een hand te tellen. Het daaruit voortvloeiende leed is onvoorstelbaar groot en wordt door onze regering, in samenwerking met de overheidsdiensten en deurwaarders, incassobureaus, gemeenten, het Openbaar Ministerie en de Rechterlijke Macht nog eens vele malen vergroot en in stand gehouden.

Ons land lijdt aan een auto-immuunziekte waarbij wij doorlopend worden aangevallen door ons eigen Bestuur.

Door de vrije marktwerking, waarbij de regering geen controle uitvoert, is de consument vogelvrij. Aangezien meneer Rutte en zijn kompanen ons belastinggeld nodig hebben voor hun eigen goede sier en investeringen in het buitenland, gaat onze regering NIETS structureels doen om de torenhoge lasten van de burgers te verlichten en hun kwaliteit van leven te garanderen c.q. te bewaken om te voorkomen dat de burger niet ook nog het slachtoffer wordt van geld ruikende producenten en overheidsdiensten die niets ontziend te werk blijven gaan totdat het leven van de noodlijdende burger onmogelijk gemaakt is. Schulden, dakloosheid, ziekten en zelfmoord zijn aan de orde van de dag en nog gaat de instroom van asielzoekers onverminderd door. De asiel vragende mensen willen ook een dak boven hun hoofd, gezondheidszorg, inkomen uit uitkering of werk, scholing en meedraaien in onze maatschappij. En dat gaat momenteel ten koste van onze eigen noodlijdende bevolking, die dan ook heftig protesteert tegen de niet aflatende migrantenstroom. Deze Nederlandse staatsburgers die wanhopig opkomen voor hun grondrechten, worden nu racisten en asociale, niet empathische Nederlanders genoemd en krijgen naast de overheid te maken met polarisatie door de overheid onder de Nederlandse bevolking. En treedt de overheid hard op tegen Nederlandse staatsburgers die gebruik maken van hun grondrecht op demonstratie en vrijheid van meningsuiting.

Waar Vrouwe Justitia vroeger haar werk geblinddoekt deed, doet zij dat allang niet meer. De scheiding der machten is dusdanig vervaagd dat er van een joint venture sprake is tussen de overheid en de onafhankelijke rechtspraak. Zelfs de Grondwet is door een verbod op toetsing door de rechter door de wetgever buitenwerking gesteld. En....er is geen rechter of rechtbank die daartegen protesteert.

Op eenzelfde wijze is de oppositie buiten werking gesteld. Kritische Tweede Kamer leden en oppositiepartijen worden geframed als fascistisch en een gevaar voor onze democratie. En niet alleen de oppositie, de hele Tweede Kamer staat onder leiding van minister-president Mark Rutte en zo ook de Eerste Kamer en de Raad van State. Meneer Rutte heeft ervoor gezorgd dat hij overal zijn medestanders gestationeerd heeft zodat hij zijn beleid zonder tegenwerking kan uitvoeren. Moties van de Tweede Kamer en uitspraken van de Raad van State die hem niet zinnen, legt

minister-president Mark Rutte naast zich neer. En NIEMAND die hem tegenhoudt. Het enige wat hem tegen zal houden en ons onze democratische rechtsstaat teruggeeft is een Nexit.

Angst zaaien is een doeltreffend wapen om een volk te onderwerpen en stil te houden. Vandaar dat crisissen elkaar naadloos opvolgen om de burgers occupied te houden. En niet iedereen met een andere mening is een complotdenker.....en waar blijven de studenten, de wetenschappers, de professoren, de hoogleraren en....de pers met hun kritische blik en hun tegengeluid. Waarom laten zij zich niet horen en worden kritische omroepen zoals Omroep ON geframed en tegen gewerkt? Er wordt geen onafhankelijke pers meer gedoogd in Nederland.

De sociale verzekeringen waarvoor iedere werkende burger VERPLICHT moest betalen zijn fors uitgehold en WAO-ers onrechtmatig afgeschat waardoor zij onder de participatie wet zijn komen te vallen. De pensioenfondsen zijn beroofd en die rooftocht is nog niet ten einde. De participatie wet berooft deelnemers van hun privacy en hun grondrechten waarmee zij gedegradeerd zijn tot horigen, eigendom van de Staat.

De middenklasse moet zijn toevlucht zoeken bij de voedselbank. Terwijl supermarktketens torenhoge winsten maken, grijpt de overheid niet in. Waar men begin jaren '90 een gezin van één

inkomen kon onderhouden moeten beide werkende ouders de eindjes aan elkaar knopen en hun kinderen naar de kinderopvang brengen. Hun kinderen worden door anderen opgevoed. De ouders zijn buitenspel gezet. Wie zich verzet kan op bemoeienis van de Staat rekenen.

Ondanks uw problemen, ziekten en angsten, blijf alert en denk zelf na in plaats van u te laten misleiden door de regering van ons rijke Nederland waar de woningnood en de armoede hand over hand toenemen en ons land door migranten overstroomt en uiteindelijk overgenomen wordt. Want het Nederlandse paspoort verschaft de toegang tot alle rechten en faciliteiten. Migranten mogen een dubbele nationaliteit hebben in tegenstelling tot de oorspronkelijke Nederlandse staatsburgers die bij wet een keuze moeten maken. Dat zorgt voor een rechtsongelijkheid waarbij migranten in het voordeel zijn ten opzichte van de oorspronkelijke Nederlanders.

Een totalitair leider hoeft niet perse een fascist te zijn. Een totalitair leider kan elke politieke kleur hebben en zich zelfs als een kameleon gedragen als dat zo uitkomt.

Ik hoop dat Nederland wakker wordt.

 The Netherlands is being robbed from within....

The disturbing reports from the Netherlands are piling up. While the cabinet is showing its best side abroad, many Dutch citizens are languishing and Dutch society is collapsing due to the inflation that has been set in motion. Sinterklaas is an ancient Dutch tradition and finance minister Kaag is going along with that to her heart's content by giving away our tax money abroad by millions with our Prime Minister Mark Rutte on her side. They say to Dutch citizens firmly that there is no money to fight the energy crises, rising energy prices and poverty, with the increase of VAT from 6% to 21% on energy in January 2023, an extra dime from our household bag. While the costs of basic necessities are rising sharply, because everyone passes the rising prices on to the consumer. For example, health insurance policies are also becoming significantly more expensive and the quality of care is decreasing, the banks are increasing their service costs while the same banks are scaling down their service. It is increasingly difficult to obtain cash, which is a disaster for people who do not have a bank account and for people who need cash to keep track of their expenses. The consumer is the compensation pit of the producers, service providers and....of the banks and of the government itself.

In the meantime, many millions are disappearing to the war in Ukraine and the government aircraft is being flown up and down to Sharm El Sheikh, where a committee of 80 members has been composed to monitor the climate agreements and the climate, and where our minister of finance Sigrid Kaag has become co-chairman. Where does she find the time now that the financial situation in the Netherlands is so complex and dire? During the climate summit in Sharm El Sheikh, Prime Minister Mark Rutte offered the Prime Minister of Sweden a lift with the Dutch government aircraft! It is easy to cut thick belts from other people's leather, Mr. Rutte.

Another unnecessary expense are migrants or asylum seekers. How distressing their situation may be, the distressing situations of Dutch citizens must be the first to be resolved. Instead, Mr. Rutte persists in his asylum policy, for which he has now also created a compulsory law to get his way with municipalities. Despite the fact that the government must respect our fundamental rights and our Constitution, these are ignored and trampled underfoot because somewhere, without ratification of the people through elections, the Netherlands has been subordinated to European regulations or European Constitution.

The fact that this development is contrary to the Dutch Constitution means that the European Constitution is illegal in the Netherlands. Only we do NOT hear about this from the House of Representatives and the Senate and the Council of State (including the King!) because via so-called "goat paths” through the Treaty of Lisbon and the Treaty of Nice with the declaration on the future of the union and the Intergovernmental Conference Through the Berlin Declaration, despite a negative result from the Netherlands and France in the referendum for a European Constitution and the circumvention of the approval procedure, Prime Minister Mark Rutte has obtained the tacit approval of the parliament functioning under his supervision and has he ruthlessly surrendered Dutch sovereignty to the EU, the modern Third Reich. And that explains why every day inappropriate things happen in the lives of Dutch citizens whose fundamental rights have been given away by a totalitarian operating prime minister.

The Dutch people and our democratic constitutional state have been deviously sidelined.

WHO-O-WHO SAVES OUR DEMOCRACY?

In the meantime, during his 4 cabinets, Mr. Rutte has created a few additional departments with accompanying ministers (sometimes two) and state secretaries, as well as ministers without portfolios. And yet our country is collapsing like a house of cards. The number of scandals can no longer be counted on one hand. The resulting suffering is unimaginably great and is multiplied and maintained many times over by our government, in collaboration with government services and bailiffs, collection agencies, municipalities, the Public Prosecution Service and the Judiciary.

Our country suffers from an autoimmune disease in which we are constantly attacked by our own Government.

The free market forces, in which the government does not control, means that the consumer is outlawed. since Mr. Rutte and his companions need our tax money for their own good decoration and investments abroad, our government is NOT going to do anything structurally to alleviate the sky-high burdens of citizens and quality of life to prevent that citizens do not also become the victim of producers wich generating money and government services that continue to work unsparingly until the life of the ailing citizen has been destroid. debt, homelessness, illness and suicide are the order of the day and the influx of asylum seekers continues unabated. The people seeking asylum also want a roof over their heads, health care, income from benefits from work, education and participation in our society. And that is currently at the expense of our own ailing population, who are also protesting vehemently against the relentless flow of migrants. These Dutch citizens, who desperately stand up for their fundamental rights, are now called racists and antisocial, non-empathetic Dutch people and, in addition to the government, are confronted with government polarization among the Dutch population. And the government takes a hard line against Dutch citizens who make use of their fundamental right to demonstration and freedom of expression.

Where Lady Justice used to do her work blindfolded, she no longer does that. There is a joint venture between the government and the independent judiciary. Even the Constitution has been rendered inoperative by the legislature due to a prohibition on judicial review. And....there is no judge of the court who protests against this.

In the same way, the opposition has been put out of action. Critical Chamber members and opposition parties are framed as fascist and a danger to our democracy. And not just the opposition, the entire House of Representatives is led by Prime Minister Mark Rutte and so is the Senate and the Council of State. Mr Rutte has ensured that he has stationed supporters everywhere and has ensured that he can implement policy without opposition. Motions of the House of Representatives and of the Council of State that he does not like, put Prime Minister Mark Rutte sat down next to him. And NO ONE to stop him. The only thing that will stop him and give us back our democratic rule of law is a Nexit.

Sowing fear is an effective weapon to subdue a people and keep them silent. From those crises automatic debit to keep the burgers occupied. And not everyone with a different opinion is a terrorist conspiracy.....and where are the students, the professors and....the press with their critical view and their counter voice. Why do they not make themselves heard and are critical broadcasters such as Omroep ON framed and opposed? Independent press is no longer tolerated in the Netherlands.

The social insurances for which every paying citizen has to be eroded and who are wrongfully judged to fall under the Participation Act. The pension funds have been robbed and the rampage is not over yet. The Participation Act robs participants of their privacy and their fundamental rights with them being demoted to serfs, property of the State.

The middle class must seek refuge at the food bank. While supermarket chains make sky-high profits, the government does not intervene. Where people can support their family with one income in the early 1990s, parents have to work both in order to pay their bills and take their children to childcare. Their children are raised by others. The parents have been sidelined. Anyone who resists can count on openness from the State.

Despite your problems, illnesses and fears, stay alert and think for yourself of being misled by the government of our wealthy Netherlands where the housing shortage and poverty are increasing hand over hand and our country is overflowing by migrants and is being taken over. Because the Dutch passport provides access to all rights and facilities. Migrants are allowed to have dual nationality, unlike the original Dutch nationals who have to make a choice by law. This creates a legal inequality in which migrants have an advantage over the original Dutch.

A totalitarian leader is not necessarily a fascist. A totalitarian leader can be any political color and even act like a chameleon if that's the case.
